Strategy

Different Microsoft leaders meant different stories, but one visual language rooted in Fluent and Microsoft's consumer marketing aesthetic. I worked with cross-functional teams to understand each leader's goals, personality, and audience. The challenge was translating complex social strategies into narratives that could move quickly from review to decision, while giving each deck enough character to feel personal, not templated.

Design

I built slide systems that respect Microsoft's design principles, then tailored each deck to its leader. One leaned sunny and optimistic with warm oranges. Another borrowed from holographic gradients and futurism. A third stayed closer to core brand with pinks, blues, and warm hues, but pushed rhythm with intentional motion and layered builds. To soften the corporate polish, I mixed clean Microsoft design with handwritten elements like squiggly lines, drawn arrows, and Gen Z zine-inspired touches that made complex strategy feel warmer and more human. Every transition served the story.

Results

Every deck won. Microsoft leadership approved the strategies, and the work moved into execution. Tight timelines (less than a week per deck) and collaboration across multiple teams proved I can design at the pace and polish corporate clients expect, while keeping the work rooted in story and craft.
