lululemon
Minimalism that moves
Overview
Designing for lululemon wasn't just about making things look on-brand — it was about building a system that kept things looking right, every time. I served as the lead presentation designer for lululemon, building a scalable toolkit rooted in the refreshed identity that kept the brand consistent across every touchpoint, audience, and occasion.

Strategy
The real challenge wasn't designing one great deck — it was designing a system that didn't need me in the room. Working closely with the lululemon account team, I identified where design was becoming a bottleneck: internal meetings, client presentations, and communications materials that required constant designer involvement to stay on-brand. The goal was to change that. By engineering lululemon's brand principles — clean hierarchy, generous white space, minimal precision — into a scalable PowerPoint and Figma system, non-designers could create polished, on-brand materials independently.
Design
This was a collaborative engagement — I owned the presentation system design, while working alongside the broader brand team on guidelines and impact report work. In PowerPoint and Figma, I built a library of templates and modular layouts covering everything from internal meeting decks to client presentations and communications materials. Every component was designed with the non-designer in mind: clear enough to use without instruction, flexible enough to adapt without losing the thread. The work shown reflects a cross-section of that engagement — spanning brand guidelines, impact report layouts, and presentation design.
Results
The presentation system became the go-to design foundation for all lululemon client work at the agency. Decks went from one-off designer requests to a scalable, on-brand toolkit the team could use independently. My consistent ownership of the presentation work led to an ongoing relationship with the client — one built on reliability, craft, and a deep understanding of the brand.
